Nutritional needs are increased while having a fracture, therefor supplementation of crucial minerals and other phytochemicals are very beneficial.

Calcium, Magnesium, D2 / D3 vitamin
Glucosamine and Chondroitin + MSM
Don’t forget these are supplements not food. Use it for a month or 45 days, and get off them.

Get comfrey roots from a herbal shop and make your own creams and patches. Do not buy the creams or capsules. Tinctures and oils are okay too, though I do not have experience with them.
